Commercial and industrial pumps vary greatly in their specifications, capacities and designs.
We accept all types of pump for repair, asking only that, if the pumping medium is hazardous in any way, the pump is washed down as much a possible before you bring it to us.
Once we have investigated the problem with the pump, we will offer you a no obligation quo-tation.
If you require us to quote for a totally new pump for a new application. We will ask you for as much information as you can provide, as regards pumping medium, pumping height re-quirements, flow etc.
Wherever possible, we ask that you bring or send us your old pump so we can source a new replacement that has the closest match if we cannot repair yours or replace it with and exact match.
Any quotation we provide will only be on the information you provide or that we gather should we make a site visit, to discuss your requirements.
Our pump repairs usually include:
- New mechanical seals (where fitted)
- New bearings
- Pressure test of mating faces
- Motor test / repair
- Clean and paint
